Submission Guidelines

Data, metadata and quality requirements and procedures.

Submission Procedures

How a dataset gets onto the platform (click a step)

1. Submission: Data provider (Data Steward)

Submits the dataset with complete metadata to the FIP staging area, after preliminary validation and cleaning.

Steps 1–4 are the normal path; step 5 is used only for disputes. All actions and decisions are logged for audit. Submission states in the portal: Draft → Submitted → Under review → Returned or Approved → Published.

All data entering the NFMS follow the same path, so that only reviewed and approved data are published:

Upload → Validate → Review → Approve → Publish → Display on NFMS
